The new branch of ArchiDoc is placed in Warsaw, 3a Modularna Street. Outside Warsaw, branches in Włocławek and Młochów are also included to this organization’s structure. “Short distance to the centre of Warsaw and at the same time good communication with our warehouse in Młochów, in which documents converted in Modularna Street are registered, determined the selection of this localization” – says Jacek Lachór, North Operations Centre Manager.

New operations centre, at about 500 sq m total area, manages operations similar to projects realized in operations centre placed in Zbożowa Street in Katowice. It was divided into two independent operating halls. In every operating hall a separate computer system will be installed what will enable the realization of several project at the same time. In the new localization the number of computer stands will reach 100 as a target.

The centre has been equipped with high-efficient, Skamax type, large-capacity scanners. Furthermore it has all required protection: access control, CCTV systems, internal and external guards, anti-burglary system with security agency video surveillance, as well as fire prevention systems. “The operations in the branch placed in Modularna Street are strictly connected with the warehouse in Młochów” – adds Jacek Lachór. “Since the documents converted at Okęcie will be stored in the archive placed in Młochów.” There are separate zones dedicated to every client, which are secured by access control system.
