ArchiDoc enhances the business processes of a growing number of banks
The OEX Group company is consistently expanding its range of financial sector solutions and is growing its customer base. The group of institutions cooperating with ArchiDoc has just been joined by Alior Bank. The company is currently rendering document management and back office services for 9 out of 10 Poland’s largest banks1.
ArchiDoc is providing financial sector players with solutions optimizing the flow of documentation and information, thus supporting the customer service process. The company’s services are taken advantage of by nearly 30 banks, loan institutions, leasing companies and brokerage houses.
Alior Bank commenced its cooperation with ArchiDoc in 2018. The agreement covers a comprehensive range of documentation management services, including registration, digitization, storage and access. The service is rendered with the use of ArchiDoc’s proprietary technology – the INDO system.

Under the contract, ArchiDoc is responsible for handling on-going and archive documentation. The company’s operating center will receive over 50 million of the Bank’s archive documents.

The company offers, inter alia, a comprehensive range of credit process-related activities, handles deposit documentation and provides back office solutions adapted to the specific character of banking operations.
