-Creating competences in the sphere of complex service of back-office processes is the strategic target of ArchiDoc. Our company services most of all the biggest corporations from telecommunication, banking and insurance sector.

Since very rigorous safety requirements those contracts are realized on the basis of dedicated IT as well as warehouse infrastructure. On the other hand ArchiDoc is derived from the traditional archive market, that is why we frequently meet with the interest from companies concerned with paper documentation storing only. As year by year there are more and more companies interested in this type of outsourcing we decided to establish cooperation with
a company which is the world leader in storing and wasting paper documents – says Marek Bronder, Managing Director for Sales and Development in ArchiDoc.

Booth Remondis and ArchiDoc belong to national lead of documents management. ArchiDoc is specialized in services connected with data capture from documents as well as providing their quick and safe accessibility to customers. Whereas Remondis, by administrating 4 branches and efficient national logistics is concentrating on secure storing of paper documentation.

– Growing interest of paper documents storing in outsourcing model was the impulse to enter into cooperation with ArchiDoc. Also smaller companies notice advantages of organizing this process by an outside supplier. Together with ArchiDoc we want to increase standards of traditional archive branch to make our services be perceived as essential tools which enable to manage company more efficiently – says Jacek Dudkiewicz, President of The Board of Remondis Data Office Sp. z o.o.
