ArchiDoc expands its contract with PZU
ArchiDoc from OEX Group performs complex office service in the headquarters of the largest Polish insurer. It is expansion of the scope of cooperation between the two companies that lasted since 2010.
ArchiDoc keeps the correspondence office in the headquarters of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń in Warsaw. It is responsible under the contract for acceptance, sorting, registration and sending ordinary mails, registered mails and courier mails. The office handles almost 40 thousands mails per month.
Cooperation of ArchiDoc with the largest insurer in Poland started in 2010. Since that time, the OEX Group company has built the central archive of PZU SA and PZU Życie. Implementation of the outsourcing solution has allowed for cost optimization and shortening of the realization time of the file archiving and storing process. Thanks to this cooperation, the insurer has also obtained access to modern technology – the project uses the author’s office system of ArchiDoc, INDO.

The services of ArchiDoc offered to insurance companies include inter alia the complex back-office service of loss adjustment process. It consists of management of loss documents of the insurer, including: collection and transport, loss registration in the IT system, scanning, remote provision of electronic images, archiving the originals and their destruction. The group of clients of ArchiDoc includes the largest companies from the insurance sector; apart from PZU group, these are inter alia Compensa, Uniqa and Warta.
