ArchiDoc of the OEX Group Awarded the Outsourcing Star Title
ArchiDoc, which belongs to the OEX group, was granted the Outsourcing Star title. The company won the award in the document archiving category. This is the second time this prestigious prize went to the OEX Group. In 2014 Voice Contact Center was rewarded in the call center category.
ArchiDoc is one of the biggest players in the back-office and document management service market in Poland. The company has 3 modern operating centers and provides services to dozens of mailrooms at the customers’ sites. Thanks to many years of experience and the specialized infrastructure ArchiDoc can implement projects related to digitization, data recording, archiving and end-customer service process optimization of any scale. Currently, the company renders services to almost 400 entities, including the biggest telecommunications, banking, insurance, power engineering and public administration companies.
”As part of the OEX Group, ArchiDoc along with Voice Contact Center manage all customer communication channels. Starting from phones, through text messages, chat, emails and fax, and ending with paper correspondence. It is the only such offer on the market. I am proud of the fact that it has been noticed by the Outsourcing Stars competition jury the second time in a row” – said Konrad Rochalski, the President of the Management Board of OEX S.A.
The Outsourcing Stars competition has been organized since 2013 by the Pro Progressio Foundation, which works closely with the only industry media in Poland: the magazine Outsourcing&More and website Outsourcingportal.pl. The purpose of this initiative is to select and reward the fastest developing outsourcing companies and institutions in the immediate vicinity of the industry. Awards in 12 categories were presented to winners at a formal gala on 13 January 2014.
