DPD Polska is one more client of ArchiDoc from KEP (courier, express, parcel) market

ArchiDoc from OEX Group implemented complex solution facilitating documents flow in a courier company, DPD Polska. The service was adjusted to the specification of the processes implemented by the entities in the transportation and logistics industry.

Within the cooperation with DPD Polska, ArchiDoc handles, among others, bills of lading, contracts with clients and client’s damage reports. The service covers digitalisation and making available the documentation, e-archive and paper archiving. The project uses INDO proprietary technology, made available to the client in SaaS model (software as a service).

 

We systematically optimise internal processes in order to ensure both for the senders and the addresses the highest service standard. Fast access to electronic versions of documents allows smooth implementation of tasks related with deliveries and aiming at the highest service quality – said Monika Kowalska, Member of the Board supervising Quality, Administration and Safety Division in DPD Polska.


The solution implemented in DPD Polska was adjusted to the specific conditions of courier company operations and category of documents processed by such companies. The access to the digitalised documentation is made from the level of an on-line platform. With the use of an application the client has a possibility to order paper originals of documents, that are delivered to the authorised employees of DPD Polska within 24 hours.

 

The development of KEP industry is driven, first of all by dynamically growing e-commerce. A bigger number of shipments means more documents, but also processes related with customer service. Our service help to facilitate daily work of such entities – said Konrad Rochalski, President of the Board of ArchiDoc SA.

 

In accordance with the report of PwC KEP (courier, express, parcel) market in Poland is worth over PLN 5 billion, and the number of parcels sent annually till 2018 shall exceed 440 million per year.

 

Courier companies more and more often implement solutions automatizing the business processes. It allows them to effectively compete on a fast growing market – adds Konrad Rochalski.

 

ArchiDoc offers to courier companies also complex business processes handling related with, among others, with complaint management. Implementation of such processes takes place with use of electronic circulation of documents (workflow).

The clients of ArchiDoc include also one of the biggest logistics operators in Poland, operating on the KEP market.
