ArchiDoc Sp. z o.o. signed a contract for handling ING Bank Śląski correspondence. Mailing Room service comprises handling the incoming and outgoing documentation.
As a part of the project, ArchiDoc manages Central Office of ING Bank Śląski in Warsaw, responsible for the circulation of customer correspondence. Incoming documents are categorized and distributed between organisation units of the institution, also with a client-dedicated courier transport. The service implemented allows facilitation and shortening the time for correspondence transfer and, as a result, optimisation of information flow inside and outside the bank. Due to the application of modern IT solutions, the process will be monitored at each stage, which will increase data security and minimize risk of unauthorised access to the documents.
