Our proprietary INDO SNOK application offers full control over the secretariat procedures, enhancing the process of searching document, monitoring their status and preventing documents from being accessed by unauthorized parties.
Addressees are automatically informed about an awaiting parcel (e-mail or text message). Correspondence reaches them in paper or electronic form (as a scanned file or as a text document generated with the use of OCR).
The service is rendered based on three models:
- internal – at customer’s locations;
- external – at the ArchiDoc operations center;
