PROVIDING ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS
Customers taking advantage of our services may easily and comfortably order the documents that we store at the ArchiDoc storage facility. Our proprietary INDO ON-LINE system allows each authorized user to find a specific document in the database, and to loan it, either in paper form, or in the form of a scan.

We are able to provide access to the ordered documents within as little as 4 hours. The document access lead time is agreed upon with the customer and it matched to their needs.
We regularly inform customers about the documentation whose storage period has expired. We offer secure disposal of documentation.
Upon request of our customer, we perform audits or archiving processes and offer advice recommending optimized solutions.
