ArchiDoc implemented a project for Pekao SA in the scope of digitisation of documents in more than 300 branch offices throughout Poland. The agreement covered scanning and exporting documents necessary for serving approximately 100 thousand institutional clients to the bank's computer system. The project implementation was completed in August 2009.
ArchiDoc implemented a project for Pekao SA in the scope of digitisation of documents in more than 300 branch offices throughout Poland. The agreement covered scanning and exporting documents necessary for serving approximately 100 thousand institutional clients to the bank’s computer system. The project implementation was completed in August 2009.
For Pekao SA, conversion of paper documents to an electronic form is one of the key elements resulting in improvement of customer service process. The project was implemented by working teams delegated by ArchiDoc. The documents were processed in the Bank’s branch offices with the use of copyright solutions. The dedicated solution was used, owing to which bank employees gained a quick and convenient access to the electronic document base, which enabled them to shorten the time needed for customer service.

Before the service provision commenced, advanced tests and analyses were made. The project for Pekao SA was implemented in compliance with the highest security procedures. Applied IT solutions guaranteed effective removal of data from computers of ArchiDoc’s employees responsible for scanning documents, without a possibility to open files.
The agreement concluded with Pekao SA was another project implemented by ArchiDoc for the financial sector. Since March 2009, the company has been providing services for the headquarters of ING BAnk Śląski in Warsaw. Among ArchiDoc’s other clients there are: Citibank Handlowy, Kredyt Bank and SEB Bank.
