ArchiDoc completed implementation of the project which consisted in converting archival documentation of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland into the electronic form. In the years 2005-2009, in cooperation with empolis Polska, more than 7.5 million documents were archived.

Within the framework of the agreement, ArchiDoc digitised documents of the Chancellery of the President of Poland, including damaged or untypical documents, such as: carbon copies, registers, delicate thermal papers, handwritten notes. As many as 170 thousand frames of microfilms were processed. After scanning, resources were entered into the computer system of the Chancellery and electronic circulation, which facilitated searching the archives and shortened the time needed to reach the required item of information.

"For more than 15 years ArchiDoc has been providing services in the scope of ordering, digitalising, storing and handling files. Our many years’ experience in back-office projects enables us to implement even very untypical orders which require processing of diverse and difficult-to-handle documents. Cooperation with such a prestigious client as the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland constitutes confirmation of the highest quality of the services we provide", said Konrad Rochalski, the President of the Management Board of ArchiDoc.
