New image of ArchiDoc’s offer
ArchiDoc is expanding and ordering the portfolio of its services. The expanded offer is our reply to increasing expectations of clients looking for new areas of cooperation and a guarantee of high quality. ArchiDoc products were grouped in a way allowing to gradually transform an organisation working with paper documents into an entity basing on digital files.
According to ArchiDoc’s business strategy, in 2010 the company strengthens its activity in the scope of sales and marketing. The new offer is one of the key elements of changes that are being introduced. A wide range of services – from the traditional form of archiving to advanced back-office processes – enables us to plan effective management of the company’s documents in the long term. The new structure of ArchiDoc’s products allows to expand the services with other supplementing processes. What is also important is the guarantee that all activities with regard to flow of documents are registered by means of one IT platform which is coherent with the applications used by the ordering party. The step-by-step process enables each organisation to smoothly go through the digitalisation process. The company may choose and combine any elements of each service offered, thus creating an optimal outsourcing solution.
"The outsourcing market changes dynamically and there is an increasing number of clients from new branches such as electric power industry or public administration interested in this type of offer. We can also see a growing demand for our services in the SME sector. Our new offer was designed so as to make it more transparent and to enable both small firms and large enterprises to gradually implement modern solutions. We make available a set of services that can be connected with each other flexibly, without the necessity of installing the document management system. The changes are aimed at the enterprise’s gradual implementation of the back-office digitalisation process. ArchiDoc offers its clients the most comprehensive services available on the market. Effective flow of documentation and quick access to data are not only an element of the company’s corporate image but also a way of improving customer service and increasing competitiveness", said Konrad Rochalski, the President of the Management Board of ArchiDoc.
For the purpose of effective implementation of new solutions ArchiDoc expanded the structures of the Sales Department. The team was joined by specialists in gaining and serving clients from sectors that are strategic for our company, such as: telecommunications, banking, insurance, electric power industry and public administration. The purpose of introduced changes is to strengthen ArchiDoc’s position in branches of high development potential and to maintain high standards of customer service with increased number of implemented orders.
Implemented changes are the effect of dynamic development of outsourcing and BPO sector. As analysts point out, 2009 was the first time when the number of orders in the scope of BPO services exceeded the number of contracts with regard to outsourcing of IT services. According to NelsonHall report, in comparison with 2008 the value of BPO contracts increased by 63% in Europe and amounted to 43.8 million dollars. The Polish outsourcing market, whose potential has not been used yet, has good prospects.

2. Electronic document archiving
3. Data registration in the client’s systems
