ArchiDoc receives for the second time in a row the Outsourcing Star award in the "Document Management” category. The distinction is awarded to the fastest-growing outsourcing organizations in Poland.
 

ArchiDoc began cooperation with InterRisk. Under the project the outsourcer provides a service which facilitates the process of claim management and the processing of insurance policies. The solution, which is supported by ArchiDoc's proprietary IT system INDO, is profiled for the needs of the insurance sector.

The company ArchiDoc has implemented a workflow system at one of the biggest Polish construction companies. Cooperation between the outsourcer and the Erbud company was expanded and includes now the construction of the central archive of documents.

ArchiDoc, a company specializing in back-office and document management services, in the first four months of 2015 hired more than 100 new employees. The team will be soon expanded by a hundred new staff members. In 2014, ArchiDoc recorded a similar growth scale, which yields a nearly 100% increase in employment in the last two years

A consortium with ArchiDoc as a member has been selected in a tender procedure for managing documentation of a customer company PGE Obrót. This is yet another important partner of the OEX Group’s company in the power sector. ArchiDoc’s customers already include Tauron and RWE. A four-year agreement with PGE Obrót for PLN 9.78 million is one of the biggest archiving contracts in the power industry.

The document management services and customer service process support sector in Poland is growing at a steady pace of 15 – 25% per year. The position of companies which offer comprehensive solutions in this area is becoming increasingly stronger. No more than five major players will remain on the market in the next few years.
