ArchiDoc extended its contract with Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. for office and documents archive.
Concluded, for indefinite period, contract is the continuation of 5-year-cooperation which started in 2003. The first stage of the cooperation was to organize Central Customer’s Documents Archive of TP S.A.. The operation of taking over of 12 million folders and 560 million accountancy documents from 300 local archives, led by ArchiDoc, was the biggest logistic action in Mideastern Europe. Couple months later ArchiDoc created TP S.A. Central Office which took over service of almost million of current documents directed monthly to the customer.

The present contract is a conclusion of many months of negotiations which enabled to elaborate the optimal model of cooperation between ArchiDoc and Telekomunikacja Polska. Within the contract operator will gain for example the ownership of dedicated, made by ArchiDoc, IT system used in TP S.A. documents service process. Tentacy agreements of property were also renegotiated what was imposed by inter alia the increase of security level of TP S.A. documentation.

-The extension of cooperation for next years as well as providing the guarantee of service permanency to such significant customer as Telekomunikacja Polska is an enormous success as well as a challenge for us. Services realized by ArchiDoc enable the operator to improve subscriber service. Tools accessible for TP S.A. within the functionality of the system as well as dedicated ArchiDoc’s team, counting over 350 people, enable to service over 30 thousand documents during 24 hours.
