Archidoc SA started cooperation with CANAL+ Cyfrowy in the scope of handling the client’s correspondence. Services are provided with the use of the mailing system INDO.
The agreement concluded with CANAL+ Cyfrowy (provider of Cyfra+, producer of premium and thematic channels) encompasses scanning and registration of paper correspondence received from subscribers and institutions in the TV provider’s computer system. Within the framework of the services, the outsourcer processes the following documents on a regular basis: Purchase Orders, confirmations of payment, documents related to resuming signal as well as complaints and applications for a change of the packet. In the nearest future the companies plan to extend the scope of cooperation and to increase the volume of handed documentation.
