ArchiDoc has signed a three-year contract with Getin Noble Bank SA for back-office service of current and archival credit documentation of the bank. The partners will be collaborating remotely, using the INDO/DMS system.

The agreement with Getin Noble Bank includes management of processing of bulk documents, including: scanning, recording data in IT systems (data entry), making electronic images available in a remote mode and archiving of originals. All documents possessed by the bank go to ArchiDoc operating divisions, where they are properly prepared, indexed and digitized. Electronic versions of the documents and files transferred from data carriers are stored in an electronic repository and made available to authorized bank employees. The application operates in SaaS mode (Software as a Service). Access to repository resources is secured with an encrypted VPN channel.

"Getin Noble Bank has decided to co-operate with ArchiDoc due to the high quality of services provided by the company and its guarantee of security of entrusted data. For us, a financial institution, these issues are extremely important. The ability to find a common language and flexibility towards the evolving needs of the Bank also appeared to be very important. We believe that the outsourcing solutions offered by ArchiDoc will enable streamlining the documents flow and reducing the time required to access information"- said Renata Romanowska, the Manager of Getin Noble Bank Credit Department Archive.

The first stage of the project was electronization of the mortgage credit documentation archive. Within 3 months, more than 23 thousand credit files, which consisted of nearly 5.5 million pages of documents, were taken over and entered into the ArchiDoc’s electronic repository. As part of the ongoing service, the company scans 630 thousand pages per month.

"In the case of dynamically developing organizations, such as Getin Noble Bank, which have more than one million customers and thereby, handle bulk amounts of documents, the outsourcing of processes related to the back-office to an external partner is the most effective solution. ArchiDoc has significant experience in implementing projects for clients from the financial sector, including Millennium Bank, ING Bank Śląski, Pekao SA and Citibank Handlowy. We are very pleased that Getin Noble Bank has also joined the group of our customers"- said Konrad Rochalski, President of the Management Board of ArchiDoc SA.

At present, the project for Getin Noble Bank is being implemented in III stages in two locations of ArchiDoc. The process of archival resources electronization was implemented by more than 50 operators.
